The tour begins with a short kickoff video at the Little Theatre off Broadway, 3981 Broadway, before boarding the bus for a 60-minute tour of Grove City&#39;s most meaningful historic sites - including Century Village, John Hoover&#39;s Gravesite, the Indian Mound, Concord Chapel &amp; Cemetery, and more. The tour ends at Plank&#39;s on Broadway for complimentary pizza and soft drinks.</span></p>

The Little Theatre Off Broadway is a must see in Historic Grove City Town Center. LTOB is located in a historical building and always has a full line of productions throughout the year. Beulah Racetrack
Beulah Racetrack

Beulah Park was home to horse racing for nearly a century before being redeveloped in the spring of 2018. The Beulah Racetrack in Grove City is the birthplace of thoroughbred horse racing and hosted many races, festivals, and even the Franklin County Fair. It was redeveloped into a neighborhood in the spring of 2018 where it now houses single family homes, apartments, retail space, medical offices, and even a middle school.

Gardens at Gantz Farm
Gantz Farmhouse

The farmhouse has been a part of the Gardens at Gantz Farm since the 1830s. There are many things to discover here, including the Gardens of Today, Tomorrow, and Yesterday, a Labyrinth, and a Rain Garden. The gardens are taken care of by volunteers who also make great items like spices, vinegars, lip balms, and more that are sold at the local Farmers' Market.

Hoover Cemetery
John Hoover's Grave Site

John Hoover volunteered in the 1770s to fight the British. His grave site commemorates those who fought during the Revolutionary War.

Note: There is no parking lot at this location. The gravesite can be seen from Gantz Road. If you are to park in a nearby warehouse parking lot, you should be able to take the sidewalk to the pond and then it is all grass to the actual headstone.

The Southwest Franklin County Historical Society opens the buildings for tours during the warmer months on a regular schedule. They also host Old Time Harvest Day and Heritage Day, an annual Yard Sale, and other fun events to share the history of Grove City!

This little park is located next to what is currently Park Street Intermediate School. This park was commemorated in 2002 to celebrate Grove City's 150th Anniversary

The Grant-Sawyer Home is the oldest residence in the Grove City area. It has been maintained and re-opened to the public for tours in 2017.

St John's Lutheran Church
St John's Lutheran Church

This church was built after a congregational split in 1846, which was later reunited in 1871. Its Gothic redesign was finished in 1900.

Plank's On Broadway
Located in an 1850’s building, formerly a hotel, Plank’s is a charming dining option. Local artists provide live entertainment on the weekends and the patio is a relaxing oasis when the weather is fine. This building originally served as a stagecoach stop for travelers between Mount Sterling and Grove City. Plank’s On Broadway is a D.O.R.A. authorized establishment. This means you can purchase an alcoholic beverage here and enjoy it while strolling within the DORA boundaries. The drink must be in an official DORA cup.
